RoR Web Hosting

My web host, perfect though they may be, has no plans to support Ruby on Rails. Bummer. Anybody who can point me to a free site that will let me host RoR apps I build, please leave a comment. If it’s a pay service, it needs the following to be useful for me:
- cost less than $10 month with a minimal setup fee
- Have at least 3GB of space
- Have a LAMP environment to hold my existing site
- Have at least 30GB/month bandwidth
- Have SSH access
- Have good tech support
- Have at least 25 email addresses
Edit: I really like DreamHost, and they’ve got a fantastic hosting plan. However, there’s a $50 setup fee. It’s either TextMate or a hosting account. Unless I can get the fee waived for switching.

I’ve been with them since they introduced Rails support and they’re pretty good!
