Sewage in the kitchen?

This is great to hear. As a foodie I know that cooking with gas gives the greatest control over temperature. (Which, as we know, is half of cooking.) But as a greenie, I know that drilling for natural gas is wasteful and that it will one day run out. Thankfully, this will not be leaving us cooking on 1972 Cadillacs instead of Porsche Boxters.
